Recipe of Braised Chicken Legs with Carrots and Shiitake Mushrooms

1. Chop the chicken legs into large pieces and marinate them with salt, sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce and shredded ginger

2.Peel the carrots and cut into large triangles

3.Soak the mushrooms in warm water

4.Prepare ingredients, peppercorns, star anise, green onions, ginger slices, garlic

5. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and star anise
