How to braise chicken with scallion oil

1. Wash the chicken, apply salt on the inside and outside, sprinkle with pepper, spread evenly, and marinate for half an hour.

2.Put a little salad oil in the pot, and cover the bottom of the pot with sliced ginger.

3. Cut the chives into sections and spread them on the ginger slices.

Tips
