How to make braised chicken legs

1.Put the chicken legs into the water and cook them.Remove and place on a plate

2. Slice ginger, cut small red pepper into sections, slice mushrooms, green Cut the red pepper into hob cubes and cut the enoki mushroom into 1/2 sections

3.Pour oil into the pot , put 2 tablespoons of sugar

4. Pour in the chicken thigh meat (be careful of oil splashing) , stir-fry until browned, then add cooking wine and stir-fry, add small red pepper and ginger slices and stir-fry

5.Pour in soy sauce and add mushrooms

6. Add green and red peppers and stir-fry
