Tofu: Detoxification
Ingredients
Wangya fish (Three pieces are about 600 grams) | Tofu (One piece is about 600g) 400 grams ) |
Vegetable oil ( appropriate amount ) | Wolfberry ( Twenty capsules ) |
Old ginger ( 30 grams ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Black pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( one tablespoon ) |
Onions ( Two roots ) |
How to make Wangya Fish, Wolfberry and Tofu Soup

1.Wash the fresh kingfisher and drain it

2. Chop green onion; shred ginger, cut tofu into thicker slices, wash wolfberry and set aside

3. Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the hot pot, heat the oil, add the Wangya fish and fry it briefly , turn over and add the sliced ginger, and stir in the cooking wine

4.After frying, pour in cold water, cover the fish body, and cook over high heat

5.After the water boils, cook for two to three minutes, add the tofu, and add an appropriate amount of salt

6.Pour in the tofu, turn to medium heat and cook for ten minutes, sprinkle in pepper, wolfberry and chopped green onion, remove from the pot and serve on a plate
Tips
Be careful when cleaning the Wangya fish.The Wangya fish bones are very sharp, and the fish should be poured in when cooking.Pour cold water over high heat so that the fish soup will be delicious, tender and white.Pour in the tofu and simmer the tofu over medium heat for a more delicious taste
