Minced pork ( 2 taels ) | White tofu ( 1 piece ) |

How to make tofu dumpling soup

1. Prepare the following ingredients

2.Put an appropriate amount of powder, minced ginger and grass into the minced meat.Fruit powder, pepper, eggs, salt.

3.Add a little water and stir clockwise evenly.

4. For white tofu, cut off the old skin and leave the middle part.

5.Put the white tofu into the minced meat

6.Crush with a large teaspoon and mix well.

8. Use a teaspoon to scoop out a spoonful of minced meat, round it up with the other hand and put it on a plate for later use (you can also add it to the pot while cooking)

9.Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, and slowly add the dumplings before the water boils quickly.(Be careful to use low heat)

10. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.Remove the foam and add appropriate amount of pepper and salt.(You can add a few drops of cooking oil if you think it’s too vegetarian)

11. Boil Chinese cabbage in boiling water.Place into soup bowl.

12. Ladle the cooked balls into a soup bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

13.The delicious tofu dumplings are completed.
Tips
Use low heat to cook the dumplings, as high heat will easily cause the dumplings to fall apart.
