White radish: lowering Qi
Ingredients
White radish ( 300g ) | Red pepper ( 25g ) |
Garlic, millet pepper, refined salt, light soy sauce, mature vinegar, sugar ,sesame oil. ( Appropriate amount of each ) |

1. Wash and peel the white radish, cut into pieces, marinate with refined salt for 2 hours, then rinse the salt with water, dice the red pepper and pat the garlic broken.

2. Chop the millet pepper, mix with light soy sauce, mature vinegar, refined salt and white sugar, put it in a jar, add cold boiling water, put in white radish skin and soak for 1 day, take it out and put it on a plate.

Tips
Adding rock sugar will make this dish more delicious.Cut the radish skin thicker to make it taste crisper.
