How to make spicy chicken wing roots

1.Wash chicken wing roots, dried chili peppers, green onions, ginger, garlic, and Sichuan peppercorns.

2.Cut ginger and garlic, cut green onions into thick slices, and cut dried chilies into knots.

3. Use a fork to poke more holes into each chicken wing (for better flavor).

4. Place the chicken wing roots in cold water and blanch them.

5. Remove the excess foam with water and drain it.Have beer ready.

6.Put an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up, add Sichuan peppercorns, ginger and garlic., dried chili peppers and stir-fried until fragrant.

7. Pour in the chicken wing roots and fry until the water is dry and turn slightly yellow.

8.Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, and sugar and stir well to color.

9. Pour the whole bottle of beer, add appropriate amount of water, green onion slices and bring to a boil over high heat.Simmer for 20 minutes.

Tips
During the process of roasting the chicken wings over low heat, remember to turn them several times in order to enhance the flavor.
