Ingredients
Overnight rice ( A large bowl ) | Cucumber ( Half root ) |
Salted ham ( 100 ) | Chopped green onion ( Some ) |
Salt ( a small spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( One tablespoon ) |
Egg ( One ) |

1.Cut cucumber and ham into cubes and set aside with chopped green onion

2.Crack the eggs into the rice and stir evenly, set aside

3.Hot pot Add the oil, add the rice when the oil is hot, and continue to stir-fry over high heat until the rice changes from lumps to grains

4.Add ham, cucumber and chopped green onion, turn to medium heat and continue to stir-fry for three minutes.Add light soy sauce and salt and stir-fry evenly before removing from the pan.
