Ingredients
Bitter melon ( Two roots ) | Pork belly ( One hundred grams ) |

How to make bitter melon stuffed with meat

1.Wash the bitter melon and cut it into sections (half an inch long) and take out the melon sac inside.

2.Place on plate and add salt

4. Chop the ginger, garlic and green onions for the meat filling.(Leave a third of the minced ginger and garlic for sauce)
