Mushrooms: activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis
Ingredients
Mushrooms ( 4 ) | Smoked pork belly ( 80g ) |
Italian pasta ( 300g ) | Onions ( 100 grams ) | Cooking oil ( 20g ) | Creamy White Sauce Spaghetti Sauce ( 380g ) |
Salt ( 1 tsp ) |
How to make mushroom white sauce pasta

1. Boil the water, add salt and pasta, stir a few times to avoid burning the bottom

2.Cook the spaghetti until 9 minutes done, drain it, put it back into the pot with a water-proof sieve, cover it with a lid to keep it warm and prevent it from drying out

3.4 mushrooms, about 60 grams, wash and squeeze dry with hands
4.Chop mushrooms, onions, and pork belly into pieces

5.Heat cooking oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until fragrant

6. Stir-fry the smoked pork belly until half-cooked

7.Saute the mushrooms

Tips
1.Boil the spaghetti with salt and boiling water for 9 minutes.This can maintain the chewy texture of the spaghetti
