Curry How to make chicken and potato baked rice

1.Preparation Ingredients, the rice should be cooked in advance, and the chicken, potatoes, carrots and onions should be diced.

2. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add diced chicken and stir-fry until white.

3. Add potatoes, carrots and onions and stir well.

4.Add water to cover the ingredients in the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

5. Remove the foam from the pot, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about fifteen minutes.

6.Cook until the soup liquid is less than the ingredients, reduce the heat to low and add the curry cubes.

7. Stir-fry until the curry is melted and thick.

8.Pour in the pre-cooked rice and stir-fry quickly until covered with soup.

9. Put it into a container.I used an eight-inch pizza pan and a large bowl.

10. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly on top.

11.Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake on the middle rack for fifteen to twenty minutes.

12. Take out and serve while hot.

Tips
The amount in my recipe is relatively large, serving 2 to 3 people.The baking time depends on your own oven.Generally, the cheese can be colored.
