Recipe of Curry Beef Stewed with Potatoes

1.Soak the beef in cold water for one to two hours

2.Baimondo Curry 50g
3.Onions, ginger, star anise, and peppercorns
4.Hot the pan and cool the oil.Heat the oil, add onions, ginger, pepper and star anise, stir-fry until fragrant, add beef and stir-fry, pour in cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and simmer for two hours

5.Add potatoes and continue simmering for twenty minutes

6.Add Bermondsey Curry, cover and simmer for a few minutes, stir evenly, come and taste the delicious curry beef stew with potatoes.
Tips
1.Stew the beef for a while until it becomes soft and delicious, suitable for all ages.2.Don’t add salt too early to prevent the meat from rotting easily.3.Potatoes cut into hob pieces are best cooked.4.If the curry tastes salty, add appropriate amount of salt.
