How to make Indian curry buns

1. Add flour to water to form a dough and set aside.

2. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices, and dice the carrots and set aside.

3. Pour water into the pot, put the potato slices on a plate and steam until cooked.

4.Mash the steamed potatoes into puree.

5. Add salt to mashed potatoes and diced carrots and mix well.

Tips
