Zanthoxylum bungeanum: dehumidification
Ingredients
Chicken thighs ( 2 each ) | Dried chili peppers ( 1 bag span> ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) | White sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) |

Starch ( 5 grams ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
Onions ( 2 segments ) | Ginger ( 1 small piece ) |
Recipe for authentic spicy chicken

1. Cut the chicken into cubes and soak them repeatedly to wash away the blood.

2. Drain the chicken, add cooking wine, starch, salt, and pepper and marinate.20 minutes.

3. Slice onion, ginger and garlic.
