Corn flour ( 205 grams ) | Plain flour ( 100g ) |
Sugar ( 20g ) | Corn oil ( 20g ) |
Yeast ( 4 grams ) | Hot water (appropriate amount) |
Side dishes: Pork ( 150g ) | Dried radish ( 60g ) |
How to make golden steamed buns

1.Weigh the corn flour, cake flour and sugar to the required weight.

2.Pour the weighed flour and sugar into the bread machine, as shown in the picture

3.Add appropriate amount of hot water and slowly stir into dough.Don’t pour the water all at once, pour it little by little.

4. After pouring the hot water, add corn oil and mix evenly.Wait for the dough to cool down a little before adding yeast , adding yeast too early, high temperature will cause the yeast to lose its fermentation effect.

5. After making the noodles for 40 minutes, then roll them into long strips, as shown in the picture.

6.Cut evenly into small pieces

7. Cut the dough into small pieces and knead it into a round shape, then press it down with your thumb to form a dough ball shape

8. After all shapes are made, put it into the steamer to ferment again for 10 minutes.Steam in cold water for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes., steam and simmer for 5 minutes to prevent shrinkage.

9. Paired with side dishes stir-fried with minced meat and dried radish, it is delicious.
Tips
If you like spicy food, you can add chili to stir-fry the side dishes
