Carrot (one) | Tofu (a small amount) |
Pleurotus eryngii ( one ) | Shiitake mushrooms (a small amount) |
Agaric ( A small handful ) | Oyster mushrooms ( A small amount ) |
Onions ( Half root ) | Ginger ( 3 slices ) |
Dried chili pepper ( 3 pcs ) | Cilantro ( A small amount ) |

1. Cut the ham into thin slices

2.Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger

4.Tofu slices

5.Peel and slice carrots

6. Cut the mushrooms into four parts

7.Pleurotus eryngii slices

8.Tear the fungus into small pieces

9.Tear oyster mushrooms into small pieces

10.Put water in a casserole, bring to a boil, add onions, ginger and dried chili peppers, and cook the ham over low heat for 1-2 hours

Tips
