1. Wash and cut leeks into sections and pickle Vegetables are chopped and meat is freshly ground.

2. Rinse the rice noodles with water and set aside.Because I didn’t buy rice noodles late after get off work, I bought a roll.powder instead.You can also choose your favorite staple food, but the noodles must be cooked and drained first.

3.Put in the stock and heat it until it boils.You can also use water if you don’t have the stock.

4.Put in fresh meat and cook

5.Add light soy sauce and Zhaotong sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes

6.Add leeks and cook until the leeks are cooked

7.Add rice noodles (rolled vermicelli, noodles, shredded bait), boil until boiling and then add salt and MSG.
Tips
You can add a small amount of green vegetables such as pea tips according to your own preference, but not too many types, otherwise the taste will become strange
