How to make pearl meatballs

1. Soak the glutinous rice in advance, drain and set aside.

2. Grind the meat into stuffing, and chop the onions, ginger, garlic and mushrooms finely.

3.Put in egg whites, cornstarch, salt, oyster sauce, pepper, and rice wine

4.Stir evenly in one direction
