How to stir-fry kidney beans

1. Wash the pork loin and soak it in water for one hour (ask the store to cut the pork loin in half, cut off the white part in the middle, and then cut into flowers.) Cut the red pepper and green pepper into small slices, mince the garlic, and cut the ginger into shreds and set aside
