How to make a donkey roll in a microwave oven

1. Take 20 grams of yellow sticky rice noodles and microwave them on high heat for one minute! (Set as dry powder for later use)

2. Add milk and sugar to glutinous rice flour and mix into a ball.Microwave on high for 2 minutes!

3. Take it out, stir and continue to microwave for 2 minutes!

4. After the glutinous rice balls are cooked, put them in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to roll them into thin slices! (Put a little cooking oil in a fresh-keeping bag and rub it evenly)

5. Roll out into even thin slices and cut Ziploc bags!

6. Spread bean paste filling on the glutinous rice slices! (It’s not easy to spread evenly, so you can just roll the bean paste into long strips)

7.After applying the bean paste, roll it into a roll with the outermost layer of plastic wrap, remove the plastic bag and sprinkle on the yellow rice flour cooked in the microwave!

Tips
Generally, the outer layer of dry flour used in Donkey Rolling is cooked soybean noodles.I still have some yellow sticky rice noodles at home, so I just use them.The taste is not affected.When making glutinous rice flour, milk needs to be added little by little, and the microwave time also needs to be longer.Keep an eye on it at any time to avoid it being too dry and it will become very dry.Put cooking oil in the fresh-keeping bag and then roll out the dough and it will not be very sticky!
