Recipe of braised beef and potatoes

1. Cut beef into cubes! Be careful not to cut it too thick, otherwise it will not be cooked easily!

2. Slice ginger and garlic, and cut green onion into sections!

3. Boil water in a pot.After the water boils, add beef and skim off the foam.Add cooking wine and cook for five minutes, then take it out!
