Ingredients
Agaric ( 50g ) | Eggs ( 3 ) |

Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) div> | Thirteen Incense ( 2 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Cooking wine ( 2 spoons ) |
White vinegar ( 1/4 spoon ) | Salt ( 2g ) |
How to make Mushu pork slices

1. Remove the stems of fungus and soak them in warm water, add cooking wine and white vinegar to eggs , break up the salt, marinate the pork slices with light soy sauce and cooking wine for 10 minutes, and chop the onion, ginger and garlic.

2. Heat the oil in a pan for 90%, pour in the beaten eggs, and fry until block, reserve the oil, remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Add a small amount of oil to the pot, heat it and add the onion, ginger and garlic after the meat pieces change color., stir-fry with thirteen spices until the meat pieces are tender.

4. Pour in the fungus and stir-fry quickly, add the fried eggs and salt and stir well.Turn off the heat.

5. Remove from the pan and place on a plate for serving.
Tips
1.Add white vinegar and cooking wine to the eggs.After frying, they will not turn black and become more delicious.
2.Soak the fungus in water at about 40℃ first.When washing, be sure to wash it one by one and tear open the pleats at the root, otherwise it will collapse when heated in the pot.
3.Chicken essence or monosodium glutamate can be determined according to personal preference.
