How to make colorful fried steamed buns

1.Steamed buns Cut into cubes and set aside

2. Dice green and red bell peppers and ham sausage and set aside

3.Beat eggs

4.Pour the cut steamed buns into the egg mixture and stir evenly

5.Heat the oil, stir-fry the steamed buns mixed with egg mixture

6.Place the fried steamed buns and set aside

7.Hot oil and add shredded ginger

8.First put the diced ham into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant
