How to make light cabbage, tofu and shrimp soup
1.Cut cabbage into large pieces, wash and set aside
2. Prepare dried shrimps, cut green onions into sections, and slice ginger

3.Cut the tofu into small pieces

4.Hot oil

6.Then add cabbage

7. Stir-fry the cabbage until it softens slightly, then add green onion and ginger slices

8.Add the minced water and cook the cabbage

9.After the water boils, add the tofu

10.Wait until the water in the pot turns white and then add salt

11.Weigh it out and it’s ready to eat

5. Heat the oil and stir-fry the shrimp until fragrant
