Chinese cabbage (appropriate amount) | Tofu ( piece ) |

How to make cabbage and tofu

1.Prepare the ingredients

2.Pot Add water, pour cooking wine and ginger slices, and simmer the pork until medium rare

3. Chinese cabbage Cut into cubes, slice the pork, shred the red pepper, and chop the green onion

4. Add cooking oil to the pot , fry the cut tofu until both sides are golden brown and serve out

5. Fry the pork until slightly burnt Then add chopped green onion and ginger slices and saute until fragrant

6.Add cabbage and stir-fry

7.After the cabbage becomes soft, pour in the tofu, add light soy sauce, seasoning powder, and salt and stir-fry to taste
