How to make Qishan Saozi Noodles

1.Prepare side dishes, soak the dried fungus and dried yellow flowers in advance

2.Peel the potatoes and cut into small dices, cut the carrots and tofu into small dices, cut the day lily into small sections, and cut the fungus into shreds

3. Spread the eggs into pancakes, cut them into diamond shapes, and cut the leeks into small pieces (for making scallops)

4. Pour a little oil into the pot.When the oil is hot, add the chopped carrots and potatoes and stir-fry.When they are almost cooked, add tofu, fungus and day lily and stir-fry.Serve cooked on a plate and set aside

5. Put some oil in the pot, simmer the ginger and vinegar Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil.Pour in the vegetarian and meat sauce you just made.After boiling for about five minutes, add the chicken essence and sprinkle with pickled vegetables (leeks, diamond-shaped egg skins)

6.Next noodles, follow the normal procedure for lowering noodles

7.Put the cooked noodles into a bowl.The noodles should be filled with less noodles, and one-third of the bowl is optimal

8.Pour the served noodles into the sour and delicious saozi, and a bowl of delicious and nutritious saozi noodles is ready
