How to make large plate chicken

1.Prepare materials.

2.Peel the small potatoes.If it is not used immediately, soak it in water first to avoid oxidation of the surface.

Tips
After blanching the chicken pieces, take them out directly.Do not use cold water.This will make it easier to fry them thoroughly.
If there are Sichuan peppercorns, you can add a little Sichuan peppercorns when frying the ingredients.
The frying time depends on the meat quality of the native chicken.If it is tender, add less water.If it is an older native chicken, add more ice.It is best not to add water halfway.
