Tofu ( 150g ) | Baking powder ( 6g ) |
Yeast powder ( 6g ) | Chili powder ( 2g ) |

How to make cabbage and tofu buns

1. Prepare 6G baking powder and add it to 300 grams of flour and stir evenly

2.Weigh 6g of yeast powder, dissolve it with warm water and mix well.

3. Pour the warmed yeast into the flour and stir to knead the dough.

4.Add water gradually, knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and ferment for about 20 minutes p>

5.Wash and chop the cabbage

6.Cut the tofu into small cubes

Tips
It is recommended to wrap the stuffing immediately after mixing to avoid the cabbage becoming watery and difficult to wrap.
