Recipe for grilled quinoa rice with colorful fruits and vegetables

1. Soak the quinoa for about an hour and put it into the rice cooker to start the cooking process!

3. Cut all fruits and vegetables into chunks and set aside! I usually prepare it before going to bed at night.Except for the apples, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, which are cut freshly in the morning, I cut them all and put them in the refrigerator!

Tips
The best soaking time for cooking quinoa is about one to two hours.Don’t use as much water to cook quinoa rice as quinoa doesn’t absorb much water! Vegetables can be adjusted according to the season!
