How to make homemade fried noodles

1.Put a spoonful of salt into the flour.Form into a dough that is slightly harder than dumpling noodles and let it sit for an hour, kneading it two or three times in between.

Tips

2.Try to use Shaanxi peppers for chili peppers, which are fragrant but not spicy.It is best to use rapeseed oil.If rapeseed oil is not available, peanut oil can also be used.
