Ingredients
Soybeans ( 150g ) | Tofu King (inner fat) ( 3g ) |
Water ( 1100ml ) |
How to make homemade tofu (tofu curd)

1.Wash the dried soybeans and soak them in cold water overnight

2.Put the soaked soybeans into a food processor, add 1100ml water and smash.(You can also use a soymilk machine, but it does not need to be heated)

3. Filter soy milk , filtered three times repeatedly, so that the tofu tastes delicate

4. Boil soy milk in a pot, If you watch the fire, it will easily overflow! Use a spoon to remove the foam on the top layer of soy milk

5. After boiling, turn to low heat Cook for 6-7 minutes

6.Pour the inner fat into a small amount of warm water Melt

7.Pour the melted internal fat into the cooked soy milk , stir well with a spoon, let it sit for about half a minute, and the water tofu will be ready!

8.Add your favorite condiments and a bowl of delicious water tofu (Tofu brain) That’s it!
