How to stir-fry shredded pork with green onions

1. Cut the pork into shreds, add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine, and marinate for 20 minutes.

2.Shred the red pickled pepper, slice the ginger, mince the garlic, and cut the onion into sections.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the ginger and garlic, and stir over low heat until fragrant.

4.Pour in the shredded pork and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.

Tips
1.The shredded pork has been marinated with salt, so there is no need to add salt later.
2.Make this dish quickly to avoid overcooking the shredded pork.Or you can add starch to marinate the shredded pork, so that the fried shredded pork will be tenderer and will not age after being fried for a long time.I didn’t like the sticky appearance of the dish so I didn’t add it.
