How to make diced mushrooms and pork with braised noodles

1. Soak the fungus in hot water and cut into cubes, blanch the mushrooms in water, cool and cut into cubes.Dice the tenderloin, grate the cucumber, and chop some green onion and set aside.

*, the diced pork was a bit thin, so I added a spoonful of lard.Add half a spoonful more dark soy sauce to make the marinade look better.
