How to make steamed pork with rice flour (home-cooked version)

1.Clean the pork belly and blanch it in a pot or blanch it in hot water.Remove the blood after cleaning it and put it in cold water to cool down.Cut it into thin slices and soak it in clean water to remove the remaining blood.Drain again.

2. Shred the ginger and mince the shallots and set aside.
