2. Prepare and weigh the ingredients.

3. Prepare walnut kernels.

4. Soak and wash red dates and raisins.

5.Peel and chop the red dates.

6. Add an egg, white sugar and yeast powder to the flour.

7.Add milk, leave a little and finally add the appropriate amount according to the dry humidity of the dough.

8. Stir until fluffy, add butter and salt.

9. Knead evenly with your hands.

10. Knead into a smooth dough.

11. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for ten minutes.

12. Deflate the dough and divide it into two halves.

13. Roll out into a rectangle with a thickness of 0.5cm.One edge is slightly thinner.

14. Add walnuts, red dates and raisins, and roll them out.

15. Roll up tightly.

16. Press the edge a little thinner, wrap it tightly and glue it.

17. Place on the baking sheet, keeping distance between them.

18. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30-60 minutes.

19. After proofing, brush the whole egg liquid.

20.Incision.

21. Cut.

22. Preheat the oven at 160° for ten minutes and bake for 40 minutes.

23. Bake for 30 minutes and quickly cover with tin foil.

24. Remove from the oven and let cool.

25. Slice.
Tips
This recipe doesn't have too much sugar, and I personally think it tastes just right.
Nuts can be added as desired.
You can also add 20 grams of milk powder to the flour and reduce the flour by 20 grams.The oven temperature is determined by the temperament of your own oven.
