Ingredients
Eggs ( 3 ) | Flour ( 200g ) |
| Pure milk ( 100ml ) | Lemon ( 1 each ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | White sugar ( 60g ) |
Salt ( 10g ) | White vinegar ( 6 drops ) |
How to steam cakes in a rice cooker

1.Crack the eggs and separate the egg yolks and egg whites

2.Add 20g white sugar and 6 drops of white vinegar to the egg whites or lemon juice (it is important to remove the fishy smell, otherwise the steamed cake will be difficult to swallow), stir for 10 minutes

3. Add 20g of white sugar to the egg whites and continue stirring until the egg whites can hang on the whisk (this step is very hard, come on! If you don’t have a whisk, use three chopsticks, yes three!)

4. Remove the yolks Add 20g white sugar, 100ml pure milk (walnut milk is also acceptable), 200g flour, and stir until thick.

5. Add the beaten egg whites to the egg yolks twice, stir to form a cake liquid.Add 10g salt and stir evenly.

6. Coat the inside of the rice cooker with cooking oil and pour in the cake liquid.

7. Steam rice button, steam for 20 minutes until tripping, and then keep warm for 30 minutes.(Two points to pay attention to in this process are: first, cover the steam outlet of the rice cooker with a wet rag, and second, be sure not to open the rice cooker lid, otherwise the result will be in vain)

8.Finally, enjoy it!
