How to make pizza crust

1. Heat the milk over water to about 30 degrees, add 5 grams of yeast to melt, and pour Pour into the flour, then add 20 grams of corn oil and knead well.

2. Knead into a smooth dough.Cover the basin with plastic wrap.

3. Add half a pan of water to the baking sheet and place it on the lower shelf of the oven.

Tips
Be sure to prick the rolled out dough with a fork or toothpick.The small holes are used for venting when baking so that they won't rise too high.If the dough feels sticky when kneading, just add a little oil.If you don’t have corn oil, you can use other vegetable oils.
