How to make sour plum vegetable salad

1. Wash all ingredients and control the moisture; blanch the tofu in hot water and cut into 6-8mm thickness.

2. Tomatoes are also cut into uniform thickness.

3. Core and chop the sour plums, soak them in the sauce, mix and set aside.
