How to make bacon, corn and onion pizza

1.Weigh all the above main ingredients and put them into categories.

2. Mix high and low gluten flour, add yeast powder, salt and sugar and mix.Add warm water and dough in the middle as shown in the picture.

3. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth.

4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and wait for fermentation, which will take about 60 to 80 minutes..

5. When the dough has fermented to twice the size, poke it with your fingers and it will not come back.If it shrinks, the fermentation will be successful.

6.Add olive oil, press out the air bubbles in the dough, and mix the dough until it is Mix the oil completely, then divide it into two pieces and make an 8-inch cake base for each piece.

7. Use a wooden stick to press one of the dough into an 8-inch round shape.Put some dry flour on the bottom to avoid sticking.

9.Put the pizza base on it, and use a fork to poke holes in it , releasing bubbles.Then put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 6 minutes.

10. Chop the bacon and onions, stir in the corn kernels and set aside.

11. Put the bacon, onions and corn kernels into the pot and stir-fry until the water is dry , add black pepper juice to adjust the flavor and set aside.

12. Take out the baked pizza base and spread a layer of olive oil on it.

13. Apply another layer of pizza sauce.

14. Spread the filling evenly.

15. Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly.Then put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 8 minutes.

16. Take it out and put it on a pizza wooden plate to enjoy the deliciousness.
Tips
The baking time can be adjusted according to each household's oven temperature.I have tried baking for 10 minutes after putting the fillings in.The crust will be crispier and harder, and the crust for 8 minutes will be softer.This can be adjusted to suit taste.
