How to make assorted lotus root dices

1.Ingredients lotus root, ham, green and red peppers, ginger (I forgot to put the ginger to take pictures)

2.Dice lotus root

3.Soak the diced lotus root in water to prevent it from turning black

4.Dice ham and green and red pepper

5. Blanch diced lotus root in water (fly into water) and scoop it out

6. Heat the pot, add oil, add diced lotus root and shredded ginger and stir-fry

7.Add ham and stir-fry

Tips
If the lotus roots are not blanched, the frying time will be longer.
