Tips
Soak the rice for an hour or two before making porridge, which can save time in making porridge, and the resulting porridge will be crispy and taste good.
Put rice in after boiling water.Firstly, the rice grains are easy to cook; secondly, starch substances are easy to dissolve in the water and increase the viscosity of the porridge.
The porridge should be stirred in the same direction.
When cooking porridge over low heat, the porridge should boil but not boil, and bubble slightly. This can also increase the viscosity of the porridge.
During the process of making porridge, it should be covered to prevent vitamins and nutrients from escaping with water vapor and to maintain the fragrance of the rice.
