How to make green pepper beef

1. Slice beef and mix well with cooking wine, ginger foam, soy sauce and starch and set aside.

2. Cut the green pepper into small pieces, the red pepper into slices with a diagonal knife, and the ginger and garlic.

3. Heat the wok and add oil.Add the green pepper and stir-fry for a while until it changes color slightly.Out of reserve.

4.Put in another frying pan (it’s best to use a non-stick pan, I only have a frying pan).Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add beef and break it up with chopsticks or spatula.

5. After the beef is cooked, add red pepper, green pepper, salt, monosodium glutamate and cumin powder.Stir evenly, and finally add some cooking wine to the pan.

6.Plate and serve.
Tips
The last step needs to be faster, otherwise the green pepper will be too cooked and the beef will not taste good if it is left in the pot for a long time.
