1.Put oil and warm water, salt and sugar diagonally into the bread bucket, then pour in Flour, finally add yeast and start the kneading process.

2. Knead into a smooth dough and cover with plastic wrap to ferment.

3. Ferment until 2.5 times the size of the original dough.

4. Knead the dough evenly and deflate, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Tips
If you don’t have a bread machine, just knead the dough directly in the basin.I’m lazy now and use a bread machine for all kinds of dough.I used to use a pizza pan to make pizza, but recently it feels more convenient to use a baking pan.It all depends on personal preference!
