Ingredients
High-gluten flour ( 450g ) | Sausage ( 20g ) |
Almonds ( 20g ) | Chives ( 5g ) |
Salt ( 5 grams ) | Yeast ( 5 grams ) |
Water ( 200ml ) | Milk ( 80ml ) |
Ham ( 15 Grams ) | Sugar ( 20 grams ) |
Peanuts ( 100g ) | Mozzarella ( 30g ) |
How to make hand-torn bread

1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast, water and milk and refrigerate for half an hour.

2. Knead into a smooth dough.

3.Add olive oil in small amounts, and keep pushing and pulling the dough.

4. Form a thin film.

5.Cover with a damp cloth and ferment until doubled in size and then vent.

6. Roll out into a 0.5 cm thick rectangular pancake.

7.Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and almonds.

8.Cut into small pieces for easy placement into the mold.

9. Stack them one by one.

10. Place it in the mold.

11. Continue to ferment until 9 minutes full.

12. Sprinkle ham, mozzarella and chopped green onion on the surface.

13. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 40 minutes.

14.Tear it layer by layer by hand.
Tips
