How to make caterpillar bread

1.Put in all the materials except the bean paste in the order of liquid first and then solid.Knead the dough in the bread machine for about an hour and the dough will come out.

2. Place the kneaded dough in the refrigerator to ferment overnight.

3. Take out the fermented dough and divide it into 9 parts and roll them into balls.I only did it here.Six caterpillars, the other three did something else.

4.Take a small amount of dough, roll it out into a rectangular shape, and put bean paste on one side.

5.Wrap the bean paste and roll it up.Cut the other side into long strips.

6. Roll them up one by one and press them underneath.

7.Put two red beans as eyes, and the caterpillar is ready.

8.Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation until it doubles in size, and put a bowl of hot water next to it.

9. After fermentation, brush with egg wash, preheat the oven to 150 and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Tips
The temperature of each oven is different, so pay attention to the coloring and cover with tin foil. The temperature is not necessarily determined, it depends on the temperature of your own oven.
