How to make coconut bread

1.Put all the ingredients into the bread machine

2. In the bread machine, you can start to make the coconut filling while the dough is kneading.Soften the butter and mix it with the sugar evenly

3.Add coconut and eggs and stir evenly

4.After the bread is fermented, poke a hole in it and it will not shrink back.

5. Change the flour into long strips

6.Add coconut filling at 2/3

7.Collapse

8.Fold again

9.Cut into one strip

10.Twist and put into the baking pan

11.Sprinkle egg wash on top and bake for 15 minutes

12.The bread is out of the oven, ok

You should set the time according to the temperament of your own oven.Mine is 100, 70 degrees and 15 minutes
