How to make golden buns

7. Fold the dough and roll it into a piece, repeat this 5 times.(This is far better than kneading with your hands)

8. Divide the dough into equal-sized pieces Small dough, 6g each.(This will make the result neat and beautiful)

9. Arrange in sequence on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper Inside.

10. Place it in the oven.You can add a basin of hot water on the lower floor of the oven to help the dough Second fermentation, rest for 30 minutes.

Tips
The two fermentations are very important and directly determine the softness of the bread.You can also brush salad oil on the baking sheet without oil paper.I made it for children, so I used less sugar.If you think it is not sweet enough, you can increase the amount of sugar.
