Garlic ( a ) | Canned tuna ( a small can ) |
Carrot ( Half ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Pepper ( Appropriate amount ) | Olive oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to make stewed vegetables and baked bread

1. Cut all the vegetables into pieces, chop the garlic into pieces, and cut the bread into pieces ! Because I only have half an hour to make breakfast, I always prepare it before going to bed at night and put it in a crisper in the refrigerator so that it can be used directly the next day!

2.Put oil into the pot, then add garlic, onion, carrot, and eggplant in order , bell pepper stir-fry!

3. Then add tomato sauce and stir-fry (I used pasta sauce) , add appropriate amount of water and boil! It takes about three minutes to cook!

4.Put the pan into the gratin pan and insert the bread cubes evenly into the dish., place the tuna in the gap between the bread, place it in the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, and the bread will be browned!

5. Use heat-insulating gloves to take it out, cool and serve on a plate!
Tips
It’s better to cut the eggplant into pieces and soak it in water for a while!
