How to make toast pizza

1. Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.

2.Add onion, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, sugar, salt, allspice, Marinate pepper for half an hour.(If you want to be lazy, you can just slice it and fry it in the pan.You can also add seasonings when frying.)

3.Put the marinated pork belly on a pan and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown, then set aside.Pork belly itself has oil, so you don’t need to pour oil and fry it directly.It can be medium-cooked or fully cooked.

4. Peel and slice the lotus root into thin slices, wash it and soak it in hot water for a minute or two to prevent it from turning black.

5. In the pan, use the oil from the pork belly just fried to lightly fry the lotus root slices on both sides.Okay, put it out and set aside.(If you want to be lazy, you can skip frying and blanch it directly with carrot shreds, but it will definitely not be as crispy as frying)

6.Peel and shred the carrots, marinate with salt for ten minutes, wash and blanch and set aside.

7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees from top to bottom.Prepare the ingredients, toast slices, shredded mozzarella cheese, the dishes you just prepared, and pizza sauce.(Pizza sauce can be replaced with ketchup, but I still like pizza sauce and am not used to the taste of ketchup.)

8.Put tin foil or oil paper on a baking sheet, arrange toast slices, spread a layer of pizza sauce, and sprinkle with a little cheese.

9.Put the fried pork belly on top.

10.Sprinkle some shredded cheese and spread the fried lotus root slices.

12.Put it into the middle shelf of the preheated oven and heat it up and down at 200 degrees for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.Can.

Tips
