How to make glutinous rice cake

1.Buy back a grass carp, (the fish seller will help you kill it and cut it into pieces) wash off the blood with water and drain the water

4.Cut the ginger and garlic into small slices, cut the dried chili into small sections, and cut the green onions into sections for later use

5.Put oil in the pot, and when the oil is hot, add the marinated fish pieces and fry them

Tips
To make this dish, the fish must be marinated longer to make the meat firmer! Add a little more oil for frying the fish and control the heat to avoid burning it! If the fire is too low, the fish will not be crispy and will easily break into pieces! There is no need to add salt when cooking marinated fish! I don’t want the fish heads and tails, I’ll save them for soup!
